The draft program for Workshop 3 is now available. We have extended the closing date for abstracts until this Friday 5th June.
In response to participant feedback from last year’s workshop, we have included more discussion sessions that will allow extended time for sharing of practice and networking. Two the workshop sessions have yet to be finalised, but will focus on issues highlighted in participant suggestions.
This year we are lucky to have Dr Lara Alcock speaking on her approach to flipping the classroom. Lara is from the highly regarded Mathematics Education Centre at the University of Loughborough, where she teaches and researches in undergraduate mathematics. In 2012 she was awarded the Selden Prize for Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education honoring a researcher who has established a significant record of published research in undergraduate mathematics education and who has been in the field at most ten years.
